Sophia Bilello, Ed.M., LPCC, is an adolescent mental health therapist passionate about supporting youth and families through life’s challenges. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Child & Adolescent Mental Health from Boston University. Sophia draws from psychoanalysis, psychodynamic, existential, narrative, and person-centered approaches, with a focus on working with marginalized adolescents and families. She is committed to meeting clients where they are, providing empathy, validation, and a sense of community. In her free time, Sophia enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking, skiing, climbing, and surfing, and cherishes time spent with her close friends.
