Sheilah Davis, a Dual Diagnosis Family Therapist at Denver Sandstone Care, brings a rich tapestry of knowledge, experience, and compassion to her work. She holds a master’s degree in psychology from Regis University and has pursued specialized training at the Colorado School of Family Therapy in Aurora, Colorado, in addiction counseling and marriage and family therapy. Sheilah is a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate (MFTC), with additional certifications in Systemic Art Therapy (CSAT), Systemic Play Therapy (CSPT), and Systemic Sandplay Therapy (CSST).
Sheilah’s approach to therapy is multifaceted, blending person-centered humanistic counseling with structural, solution-focused, narrative, and other therapeutic modalities. Outside her professional life, Sheilah is an active community volunteer and enjoys hiking, drawing, writing, and music. She finds joy and relaxation in her recording studio and through playing various musical instruments.
