Luke Mattey

Luke is the Community Outreach Associate for Sandstone Care in the DC Metro area. Born and raised in southern Ohio, Luke received his BS in Family Financial Management from The Ohio State University and spent his early career in the finance industry. Prior to joining Sandstone Care, Luke worked in recruiting as a Recruiting Manager and training as a National Trainer. Helping individuals in any way possible has always been a driving force in Luke’s personal and professional life-whether it be listening and sharing his insight or providing opportunities to focus on others’ strengths. Since beginning his personal journey in recovery in 2016, Luke’s passion for helping others has grown exponentially, allowing him to thrive in his current role at Sandstone Care. Luke enjoys spending his free time cycling, playing acoustic guitar at his church, helping the less fortunate, and being with his family.
