Giselle Barraza, MSW, LSW, is a compassionate primary therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents on their mental health journey in Tinley Park, IL. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Bradley University and her master’s from the University of Illinois – Chicago, gaining experience in both college and community mental health settings. Giselle utilizes a person-centered approach, psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT to meet clients where they are and provide tailored support. She values cultural awareness in therapy and strives to create a safe, inclusive space for all. Outside of work, she enjoys embracing her Latina roots through cooking, attending concerts, exploring nature, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Oso.
