Amanda Mikols, LCSW, is a passionate and experienced therapist who provides mental health and dual diagnosis treatment for young adults at the PHP level of care. She holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a bachelor’s in psychology from Southern Illinois University. Amanda uses a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients achieve meaningful, lasting growth. She specializes in working with a wide range of concerns, from personality and mood disorders to trauma, life transitions, and co-occurring conditions. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with friends, family, and her two kitties, Lollipop and Lillybug.
