Announcing the DC, Maryland & Virginia Professional Liaison Association

Sandstone Care is excited to announce the formation of a new Professional Liaison Association for all of the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC area. The DMV Professional Liaison’s Association (DMV PLA) was created to facilitate the professional development of participating members who work in the addiction treatment or mental health treatment field and hold a position in business development, outreach, marketing, or admissions within the region. The DMV PLA also facilitates networking among various observing members who may be from clinical private practices/treatment facilities/mental health facilities/intervention practices/etc. Our primary purpose is to provide support, encouragement, mentorship, education, and networking opportunities for our members, while continuing to foster an ethical, collaborative and transparent atmosphere.

Sandstone Care is humbled to be a part of the founding provider group of the DMV PLA which includes Ashley Addition Treatment, Maryland Addiction Recovery Center, Serenity Acres, and Encore Recovery Services. We are excited to work alongside other addiction treatment providers and other industry stakeholders in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC area to educate and support excellence and integrity in the business development and marketing arena in our region.
