New Subcommittees Formed! Quarter 1 Updates
January – March 2024
Accomplishments:
Created two new subcommittees that support:
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Cultural Humility Training
Surveyed the full organization to gain insight on ERGs, future DEI training, and areas of improvement.
Added the Pronouns functionality in Microsoft Teams to support people of all gender identities.
Collaborated to showcase staff perspectives for Black History Month and Women’s History Month
Completed a teach-in to showcase the Talent Acquisition’s bias reducing recruiting process.
