Monique N. Harper is a dedicated Family Therapist based in Baltimore and Towson, with a rich professional background and a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of her clients. Monique’s journey in mental health began at the University of Delaware where she earned a B.S. in Human Services, complemented by a minor in Disability Studies. She further advanced her qualifications with a master’s in social work from Rutgers University. Bringing over a decade of experience in various mental health settings, Monique has honed her skills in providing comprehensive support to adolescents, young adults, and families.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Monique employs a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet her clients’ needs. Her practice is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eco-Systemic Family Therapy (ESFT), ensuring a tailored and effective treatment plan for each individual and family she works with.
